12' x 15' EUREKA "COPPER CANYON 1512" WALL TENT with full standing room and a 7'4" ceiling height. The roof is fully screened under the rain fly, which provides excellent ventilation with six huge windows.

TWO QUEEN SIZE AIR BEDS...WITH HEAD BOARDS (to prop your pillow up against for reading), and READING LIGHTS by every pillow. We also have a Twin Size bed that may be setup in the same way as the Queen size beds. NOTE: The air bed mattresses are 9" thick and rest on top of 17" high bed frames so you are sleeping well over two feet off the ground.
BEDDING includes: sheets, comforter, pillows with pillow cases, and extra blankets (just in case).
Four extremely comfortable indoor/outdoor ROCKING CHAIRS
26" x 44" INDOOR/OUTDOOR TABLE and two non-attached benches that each accommodate two people.

3 BURNER PROPANE CAMP STOVE with automatic ignition set up for morning coffee, tea, etc.
A safe, dependable, easy to use, HIGH HEAT OUTPUT TENT HEATER. It will take the morning chill out of the air or warm up the tent on a blustery but otherwise perfect day.
COFFEE MAKING EQUIPMENT including: a coffee pot, tea pot, and water supply. We will also supply coffee, tea, cocoa, sugar, and creamer.
Cups, plates, paper towels, spoons, knives, forks, salt, and pepper. Basically, we will provide whatever you might need to serve any snacks that you may want to bring and enjoy. Please Note: the tent is not set up for cooking. With great restaurants less than ten minutes away it's one less thing for your party to have to contend with.
LARGE COOLER COMPLETE WITH ICE, water and a selection of non-alcoholic beverages.
